Executive Directors
Dariana and Daniel have lived in the Burlington area for more than 15 years.
Dariana, a registered nurse for more than 18 years, has a Bachelor of Nursing Sciences Degree and a Critical Care Certificate obtained with Honours. She has dedicated herself to helping others in various areas of the healthcare industry. During her career she worked in most of the local hospitals in such areas as Obstetrical gynaecology, Operating Room, Emergency Rooms and Critical Care: Neuro -Trauma ICU and CCU. Dariana also gained many years of experience in nurse management in the private sector while overseeing 9 specialty clinics, and teaches clinical skills to nursing students at Sheridan College.
She is a strong advocate for her patients and clients and works very closely with other health care professionals and families to ensure that the proper level of care and compassion is delivered.
Daniel has more than 10 years customer-focused service in the IT world where he worked closely with clients and coworkers to problem solve critical issues.

Mrs. Martin founded Retire-At-Home with the philosophy that quality care must address both the emotional and the physical health of an individual. It has been shown that the healing process is accelerated when they are emotionally healthy.
